Mr. Jangula's Senior class had a guest speaker today to teach them about insurance before they graduate! Thank you to Cottingham Insurance and Toni Cottingham for speaking to the Seniors! It was very informative!


With the sun shining and temperatures feeling amazing, todays's 1st grade guidance lesson took to the sidewalk! It's always heartwarming to see and heart about the things that make them happy!






The second graders had a great time at the Lewis and Clark Interpretive Center!They got to go on a scavenger hunt, get a tour of Fort Mandan, and learn how to play some Native American games.











Mr. Jangula's Seniors and Juniors went to the ND State Capitol for a tour and watched the 69th Legislative Session!


Comet Connection buddies in the 9th & 3rd grade had a great time exploring in Gateway to Science today. They finished their time together with a picnic at the park.










Awesome energy in the Library yesterday! 4th grade had a brain break with board games and creativity before they went back to state testing work. 5th grade impressed Mrs. Nagle by completing their WebQuest on wacky vegetables.










The JH and HS Spring Concert is next Tuesday, April 15th at 7pm. The concert will feature music from the HS Large Group contest and movie music. We hope to see you there!


The 2nd Annual CMC Activity Banquet will be taking place on April 27th in Turtle Lake! Come out and support CMC Extracurricular Activities!

Mrs. Jangula's Financial Literacy class wrapped up their Tax Unit. Today they started Tax Monopoly and will have to file taxes on the income they make!




Tomorrow is the day!! The K-3 Spring Concert is Thursday at 7pm. The students are excited to share their hard work!


The following students have achieved Masonic Honors and will take part in the Masonic Banquet in Washburn on April 28th. Congratulations to all the students, and to our seniors who made it all 4 years. We appreciate the hard work and dedication by our UHS students and families! Masonic tickets and information will be distributed to the students once received by the school. Great job everybody!


Reading Month 2025 is a wrap! The elementary enjoyed some fun center activities last Friday to celebrate - a "Go Fishing" snack, fish art, and a floating fish STEM experiment! Thank you for helping our students participate and "Just Keep Reading" during Reading Month!
