100 Point Accelerated Reader field trip to the Minot YMCA and Culver's today! Otto, Avery, Kaylee, Macy, Evelyn, Levi, and Timothy had a blast trying new things, braving their fears, and jumping in! They also were complimented by the YMCA staff on their behavior - way to display the Underwood Way!

Program Dates:

Running 3 to 4 days a week | 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Scheduled Days:
June: 9–11, 17–20, 24–27, 30
July: 1–2, 8–10, 14–16
Weekly themes to keep things fresh and fun!
A mix of learning and play to make every day exciting
No pressure: if you miss a day or even a week for vacation, we still want your child to join! (We want them there but know families have summer plans)
Swimming lessons? No problem! Come late or leave early — flexibility is key!

PreK took a mini waking field trip to the Underwood Public Library today! They had a blast joining the Seniors and others from the community to read books and do a ladybug craft!











Underwood 9-12 awards program will be Monday May 19th at 8:50am in the gymnasium.

Tomorrow is the 4-6th grade CMC track meet! Stay tuned for any changes to the schedule or cancellation due to weather. This is always a fun afternoon filled with a lot of energy and excitement. Thank you Comet club for providing snacks!



Tomorrow is day 3 of our dress up days to celebrate the Senior class.... it is Walking Yearbook day. Elementary parents, please let teachers know if you DO NOT want your child's shirt signed by others. Can't wait for the fun!


Students in grades 7 and 9 engaged in Community Service and Service Learning Projects. They planned, budgeted, and requisitioned supplies! Some of the projects included a Fishing Supply House for public use, litter clean up, updating outdoor play areas, yard work help, and to support the Underwood Ambulance, a pancake feed! These students have a lot to be proud of!








A reminder that all student lunch bills and fees need to be paid by Friday. Students grades 7-12 will be required to take semester tests if bills and fees are not paid. Please contact Brianna in the elementary office if you have questions. Thanks

This week we honor our Seniors with some fun Dress- Up Days!
Tomorrow, Monday, is PJ Day!!


Second grade worked on writing step by step directions on how to make peanut butter and jelly sandwiches. They quickly realized the steps they forgot to include when they actually made their sandwiches! We shared lots of giggles!
