It's that time of year again.... Golden Apple Nominations! Do you have a special staff member in the elementary school? If so, nominate that special person for a Golden Apple Award. Teachers and school staff play a vital role in the lives of our children. The purpose of the Golden Apple Award is to recognize excellence in our school and to inform the public of the exceptional quality of school staff. It is also an opportunity to recognize the importance of education and the tremendous resources we have in our teaching professionals. This award gives Underwood Elementary teachers and staff recognition for the creative ways they support, motivate and encourage a lifetime of learning, in and out of the classroom.

Greetings, all! LEGO Club will start up next week on Tuesday 9/6 and Thursday 9/8 from 3:15-4:00 p.m.! It is open to all students grades K-12, and students who choose to come pick one day each week. Please watch for permission slip forms coming home with your student and send them back completed! Thank you!
